Important Notes:

Effective June 6 2011, All foreign nationals including those who are permanent residents or long-term residents in Japan; the visa processing would take 8 (eight) working days and refer fee of 3,000 yen would be charged. Visa application in the afternoon or Saturdays will take one (1) extra working day for processing.

1. Visa fees and Processing/Handling charges are not refundable.
2. Visa fees are subject to change without notice. Visa fees are payable only in cash in Japanese Yen

4. As per the new circular, additional SERVICE CHARGE of ¥ 200 to be applied for all visa applications with effect from May 2, 2011.
5. For some special cases only, if instructed by IVAC staff, the charges can be paid by bank transfer to the account at Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank, Otsuka branch (171), Account number (Futsu) 1704670 for the account of Kabushiki Kaisha Japan Overseas Corporation
