Accepting Applications

Monday to Friday       AM 9:00 - PM12:00
                                     PM 1:30 - PM 4:00
 
All applicants with the token number will be accepted until 12:00 noon only. Or else, applicants (who have not yet called their token number) must come in the afternoon from 13:30～16:00. In that case, the applications accepted in the afternoon and in the next working day of the morning are considered as the same collection of the applicants.

Delivery of Passports

Monday to Friday      PM 5:30- PM 6:00

Notice:   

1. Visas are strictly given only on the time written on the receipt.
2. Scanned/fax copy of the original receipt is not accepted.
3. On the time that your visa is released, kindly check its details and your passport before leaving the Visa Center.
4. Applicants authority letter is required if another person will collect the transaction.
